What Is StayViable?

StayViable is an online marketplace that connects farmhouse and villa owners (Hosts) with guests.
We do not own the properties ourselves — we simply provide a platform.
By using the platform, you agree to all of these terms.

Account Creation Rules

You must be at least 18 years of age.
All information provided must be true and accurate.
Each person may create only one account.
You are responsible for your account password — do not share it with anyone.
Accounts providing false information may be suspended immediately.

Booking Rules

A booking is confirmed once the 40% advance payment has been made.
The advance payment is made online through StayViable.
The remaining 60% is paid directly to the host at check-in (Cash / UPI).
Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
Please inform the host before arriving at the property.

Payment Flow: Advance (40%) → StayViable → forwarded to the host after deducting 15% commission. Remaining (60%) → paid directly to the host at check-in.

Prohibited Activities

Alcohol, gambling, or any illegal activity on the property is strictly prohibited.
Damaging the property is prohibited — full compensation must be paid in case of damage.
You may not bring more guests than the permitted limit.
Prior approval from the host is required to bring pets.
Subletting or re-renting the property to anyone else is prohibited.

Platform Limitations

StayViable is not liable for any kind of damage to the property.
StayViable is not responsible for poor conduct by a host towards a guest.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Haryana, India.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram.
StayViable may update these terms at any time — you will be notified by email.
