How Payment Works

Step 1 — At Booking (40% Advance Payment) Guest pays 40% advance online to StayViable.
StayViable deducts its 15% commission from the total booking amount.
After 24 hours, the remaining advance amount (after commission) is transferred to the host as token money.
Step 2 — At Check-in (Remaining 60%) Guest pays the remaining 60% directly to the host at the time of check-in (Cash or UPI). StayViable has no involvement in this payment.

Example — ₹10,000 Booking:

Total Booking Amount ₹10,000
Guest pays Advance (40%) ₹4,000
StayViable Commission (15% of ₹10,000) − ₹1,500
Host receives from advance (after 24 hrs) ₹2,500
Remaining paid at check-in (directly to host) ₹6,000
Host Total Earnings ₹8,500
