How to make payments safely on StayViable

To ensure your payments are completely secure on StayViable:

• Only pay through the platform: Never pay advance directly to the host outside the StayViable website. All advance payments must go through our secure payment gateway.
• The remaining 60% is paid at check-in: This amount goes directly to the host — only pay this in person at the property.
• Keep your receipts: Always save your payment confirmation messages on WhatsApp and Email.
• Beware of fraud: StayViable will never ask for payment via personal UPI IDs or unknown bank accounts.
