How do I cancel a booking?

To cancel a booking on StayViable, follow these steps:

• Go to Bookings from the bottom navigation.
• Find your booking and tap on it.
• Tap the Cancel Booking button.
• You will receive a refund as per our Refund Policy.

Please note: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before check-in are eligible for a refund. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
